Drum Mixing System
Drum mixers typically consist of a single high speed shaft mounted in the centre of the mixing bowl. The low speed blade is typically a mixing blade. Other types of blades or multiple blades can be mounted on the gear head motor shaft to meet customers requirements. These mixers are available in various sizes, with or without adjustable holders to hold the drum / bowl in place and pneumatic lifting cylinders.

1. Chemical Industry:
Mixing solvents, acids, resins, polymers, or catalysts.
Ensuring uniform viscosity in adhesives, sealants, or emulsions.
Eg :-Blending a 200-liter drum of epoxy resin with hardener before use.
2. Paints, Coatings & Inks:
Ensures even pigment dispersion in paint and ink drums.
Prevents settling or separation during storage.
Allows direct mixing in drums used for shipping.
Eg :- Re-homogenizing a stored drum of latex paint before bottling
3. Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical:
Mixing powdered drugs, excipients, or liquid formulations
Maintaining uniformity in active ingredient distribution
Sanitary-grade mixers used for GMP compliance
Eg :- Blending herbal powder supplements in SS316 drums.
4. Battery Manufacturing:
Mixing conductive pastes or slurries for electrodes.
Ensures even distribution of active material on battery films.
Eg:- Preparing lithium-ion slurry in a controlled environment.
